Beginner Division

Obedience Requirements

• This is an on leash level

• Sit

• Down

• Stay

• Heel

• Short recall 10ft, a long line will be provided.

• Friendly greeting of a helper.

Protection Requirements

• Civil agitation

• Handler defense

• Short on leash send

• Dog must Out- all levels

• Decoys will freeze for out

• Sleeve available per request 

• If a decoy physically attacks, throws a prop, or points or shoots a gun, this is the cue to send your dog.

Intermediate Division

 

Obedience Requirements 

• Off leash

• Heel

• Down - may be done at distance - may be done on object.

• Stay - dog may receive light decoy distraction.

• Recall at more distance - dog may have to recall past a decoy, sleeve, or ball.

• Dog will receive light distractions from decoys.

• Friendly greeting of a helper. 

Protection Requirements

• Civil agitation

• Handler defense

• Send

• Call off

• Dog will be receive light pressure from the helper

• Decoys will move through the out

• If a decoy physically attacks, throws a prop, or points or shoots a gun, this is the cue to send your dog.

• If the helper throws his hands up and yells "I GIVE UP" you must call your dog off. At this point, the decoy is no longer combative. 

ADVANCED DIVISION

SEQUESTERED 

 

Obedience Requirements

• Sequestered

• Off leash

• Recall with a down in marked area may be required.

• Sit - may be done at distance - may be done on object.

• All obedience requirements from lower levels may be used.

• Decoys will be more distracting. 

• Friendly greeting of a helper.

Protection Requirements

• Civil agitation

• Handler defense

• Send 

• Call off

• Redirect

• Dog will recive pressure and decoys may use objects against dog (ie. milk jugs, etc)

• Decoys will fight a bit during out

• If a decoy physically attacks, throws a prop, or points or shoots a gun, this is the cue to send your dog.

• If the helper throws his hands up and yells "I GIVE UP" you must call your dog off. At this point, the decoy is no longer combative.
